Pete's wishes

This was written after a very serious illness when we thought Pete was going to die.

'I don't want to go into hospital under any circumstances, I'm not afraid to die, but I worry about how and where it will happen.'

Pete dictated an advanced directive which was witnessed and signed by his own GP.
